AHRMIO webinar

The “Me Too” movement has provided the opportunity to discuss previously “unmentionable” issues in the corporate environment and allow organizations to increase their collective focus on how to create safe and secure spaces for staff to thrive. This webinar will focus on how the WBG has attempted to address issues of inappropriate work-place behavior from multiple perspectives

  • the organizational enabling environment—Senior management’s role and “tone at the top,”
  • collective responsibilities on the part of staff (the bystander role),
  • creation of new procedural frameworks (policies and procedure improvement).

We will discuss how we can learn to more effectively align training, policies and communications to reduce the incidence of inappropriate behavior, and provide staff and managers with the tools to address these issues at the lowest level possible.
