AHRMIO Online Leadership Series
In the wake of the COVID19 pandemic, organizations have had to adapt to various challenges, risks and disruptions in the way they work. It has required conscientious flexibility, a reassessment of priorities, and renewed commitment by leaders in dealing with these unparalleled changes.
The 2020 AHRMIO Online Leadership Series will address the pivotal role of effective leadership in these times. We will look into the various innovative and tactical approaches that leaders have adopted to navigate successfully in a period of rapid and far-reaching changes. Most importantly how will we continue to thrive in a post-COVID world?
The leadership week will be a fully virtual experience with insights and best practices shared by exemplary leaders. There will also be ample opportunity for peer-to-peer discussions in break-out sessions. And we will be sure to include networking opportunities for maximum engagement.
