The Crowne Plaza Brussels – Le Palace is our conference hotel.
It is a 4-star hotel set in a prime location in the centre of Brussels. Local tourist attractions such as Center for the Belgian Comic Strip (Centre Belge de la Bande Desinee), Rue Neuve and Cathedrale St. Michel are not far from the hotel. Also easily within reach are Metro Station, Brussels Park (Parc de Brussels) and Saint-Josse-ten-Noode.

These prices are special rates provided to AHRMIO and are available until 3 August.
During the conference, buses will be available to transport participants from the main conference hotel to Eurocontrol premises, and vice versa. The bus schedule will be communicated in the final conference program.
Travel
The nearest airport is Brussels National Airport in Zaventem. It is a 5-minute taxi journey to Eurocontrol headquarters.
By taxi
EUROCONTROL has negotiated special fares with the Unitax airport taxi company for its visitors and special guests. The set price for the journey from EUROCONTROL to Zaventem Airport or vice versa, is €16. Payment is possible by credit card or in cash. Tell the driver about this arrangement before beginning your journey.
Passengers arriving at Brussels Airport should contact the company at 02 725 25 25 to arrange for pick up.
Alternatively, you may use any of the taxis available at the airport.
By public transport
These public transport connections will take you to Eurocontrol (Haren):
- STIB Bus line 12 (Airport Line): from Schuman, alight at stop “Bourget”. 10-minute walk.
- STIB Tram 62 (Cimetière de Jette – EUROCONTROL).
- STIB Bus line 21 (Luxembourg – Maes via Schuman): alight at stop “Maes”, at the end of the line. 10-minute walk.
- DE LIJN Bus lines 271 and 472, alight at stop “Bourget”. 10-minute walk.
You can also travel by train to either Haren or Haren-Sud train stations; however, you will need to walk a little:
- Haren train station: line 26, 20-minute walk (1.6 km)
- Haren-Sud and Diegem train stations: line 36, 25-minute walk (2 km)
By car
The Eurocontrol headquarters are located near the Brussels Zaventem airport, with easy access from most Belgian highway.
