Carissa Palmer is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) who is currently a Consulting Analyst with McLean & Company. She possesses strong research and analytical skills, and uses innovative, solution-oriented approaches to foster strategic and measurable results for members. Her focus areas are conducting research and advising clients on Performance Management, Diversity & Inclusion, and Employee Experience.
Carissa began her career with McLean & Company as an HR Research Coordinator, where she conducted research across a broad spectrum of HR functions and developed marketing collateral. Prior to joining McLean, she worked in workforce staffing and employee relations at a sports entertainment company.
Carissa holds an honours, Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Western Ontario as well as a post-graduate certificate in Human Resources Management from Humber College.
