An HR Transformation leader for over 23 years, Edna Diez helps organizations and individuals increase their effectiveness. She specializes in performance and career management, leadership development, coaching, diversity and inclusion, learning and employee engagement. She joined the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in 2015 as Director, HR Policy and Programs where she leads the design and delivery of HR reforms, helping the organization meet the talent challenges of today and prepare for tomorrow’s. Prior to ADB she worked at the Interamerican Development Bank, the World Bank Group, IBM and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
She holds an MBA from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in Belgium, and a BA in Economics from University of Houston, Texas.
