- The General Assembly
The General Assembly meeting is held once a year, normally on the
day before the annual conference. All AHRMIO members are invited,
and are updated on current and future activities. For further
details please refer to the statutes, Article 9.
- The Advisory Council
The Advisory Council is composed of a representative from each of
the Advisory Member Organizations and a representative from each of
the sponsors. The purpose of the Advisory Council is to advise the
Board on technical and programme issues. Members of the Advisory
Council elect a representative to the Board. For further details

- The Board
The Board normally meets at least twice yearly. It is responsible
for the management and control of the affairs and property of the
Association.
The purpose of the Board is to:

- ensure that the Association achieves
its mission and goals,
- set policy and identify long-term and short-term goals to be
implemented by the Executive Director,
- ensure the necessary financial resources and leadership to
support the Association. For further details please refer to
